Open-end and close-end investment funds management company KB Publikum invest AD Skopje was established in 2009. The Company shareholder’s capital is 700.000,00 EUR. Majority shareholder of the Management Company is Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

Company operates in accordance with the license issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, number 07-3453/11 dated 19.12.2008.

Company is registered in the Central Registry under the trade registry number 6443532 and currently manages six (6) open-end investment funds.

The Company headquarters is located at Ss Cyril and Methodius 50, 1000 Skopje, Macedonia.
